Johnny Walker's Memories of IH's Truck Division in Kansas City

Johnny Walker began his career with International Harvester in 1950 in Des Moines, and retired in 1982 as the Regional Manager in Kansas City (we now call them Reg VPs). John was a well-known guy, with a high spirit and integrity, who worked his entire career with IH’s Truck division. He has one son Mike, who is currently with Navistar’s used truck organization. John was 94 years young at the time of this recording.

In this video, John discusses the transition from gas power to diesel, and his impressions of Brooks McCormick.
