In this oral history recording, Roger Lubiens, President of the International Harvester Collector’s Club Chapter 14, describes the incredible contributions his chapter has made for California high school students through the chapter’s Foundation, including sponsorship of 28 local Future Farmers of America and 4-H programs. Roger describes some of the successes of the local students, some of whom are becoming certified welders by the time they graduate, and others who are operating their own acreage of farmland, orchards, and even a dude ranch!
